The rezoning matter across the street was supposed to have been resolved tonight, but the Petitioner came up with some last-minute submittal (involving repainting the parking lot and knocking down some trees) so back to the planning commission it goes.

Though I suppose I take some bitter delight in the thought of the amount of legal fees these people have been racking up in the meantime.

Sent out a couple more resumes via Craigslist. We'll see what comes of them.
