Something tells me I'm not the only one like this...

So I figured out the best way ever to focus on my breath while meditating, a way for my scattered brain to go from thinking about anything to thinking about that one thing to the exclusion of everything else.

I try to NOT think about my breath.

Works perfectly.

Today I took pleasure in a roast beef sandwich with spinach and home-grown tomato.

Today I learned some Republicans are delusional enough to think that "actual Americans" have no interest in a public option for health care. Apparently, I need to make some more phone calls.
