Yes, folks, I know it sucks that the California Supreme Court was forced to affirm Prop 8, but it was the same "dude, this is what the Constitution says" logic that gave us that brief and shining moment of freedom to the people of California in the first place. It defies logic, let alone the law, to rule a constitutional amendment unconstitutional.
The marriages that happened during that moment are still valid, and when the vote to repeal Prop 8 comes up on the ballot (as it should) then the folks out in California can straighten this mess out properly.

Today I learned that the Path tool in GIMP can be used to draw lines as well as selections.
