So, how was the protest?
Jan. 18th, 2009 11:59 amWell, it was rather like this:
Really, really fun, even if we were freezing our butts off. Epic Ferret Guy was memorialized in a speech given just before we cut the caek. (The cake, sorry, caek had been made in the shape of an ass. With a syringe in it. So people were invited to "Have a piece of ass!")
I also went to see the Jim Henson exhibit at the Atlanta History Center, as this was the last weekend for it and went to Alcove Gallery to see Blast-Off Burlesque do a rather fun performance.
All in all, a very full Saturday. I need to take a nap now, I think.
Today I took pleasure in watching the video I have embedded above. (Seriously, it's less than four minutes, it's entirely worksafe and it's fun.)
Today I learned that my copy of XJournal does not play nicely with Leopard. Oh, dear.
