Halfway there!
Nov. 19th, 2005 09:52 pmI just broke 25,000 words, according to the NaNoCount program I downloaded that counts words out of a text file.
According to the upload-and-we'll-count-it feature on NaNoWriMo.org, I'm at 25825.
Either way, I'm past the halfway mark, I've introduced a second character and it's flowing easily but probably isn't going to be of interest to anybody outside of myself. It's like I'm writing fanfic, but I'm inventing my own celebrity. We'll see, as always, how the it shakes out.
Today I took pleasure in giving my niece a belated birthday present.
Today I learned that Sharpie markers come in lots of neat colors besides black, red and blue.
