Well, I just burned Mezzanine by Massive Attack (on a leftover disc from the computer company that I used to work for, so it's still got all the dead contact information preprinted on it) and I'm pretty much digging the whole album (over and over and over), but I'm particularly fond of "Angel" and "Inertia Creeps" from that disc.

Then I was cleaning out my car so I could drive my parents home from the MARTA station yesterday and unearthed the tape Brenda made for me of Missing Persons--Spring Session M on side A and Color In Your Life on side B. So I popped that in today and was reminded what a fabulous fucking band they were. "Destination Unknown" (side A) is one of my favoritest songs in the universe, and I'm also big on "U.S. Drag" (side A) (brings back blissful memories of seeing Terry and Warren musically duke it out onstage), "Walking in L.A." (side A) and "Color In Your Life" (side B) (just one of those big anthemic songs that makes you believe in something, even if you're not exactly sure what.)

So, um, that's six, right? Yeah.
