That was my entire income for the year 2003. For the whole YEAR. Yes, indeedy, I sure did qualify for that there Earned Income Tax Credit. (For those of you dialing in from outside the U.S.--or even inside it--the EITC is the portion of the tax law that gives people who make next to nothing the opportunity to keep it.)

I'm getting money back. It should come in handy.
