So another one of my seven resolutions was to get the business set up with Lake.

Tonight, I just filed the Articles of Incorporation for a Limited Liability Company on the Georgia Secretary of State website.

It was disturbingly easy.

So once I get the certificate back, I think I can cross that one off the list as considered completed, though obviously things aren't going to just stop there. But that's one less thing to put off and one less excuse to get started.

Today I took pleasure in buying flowers for myself.

Today I learned what setting up an LLC online in Georgia entails.
